You will pay the due invoice amount at your doorstep when your order is delivered to you.

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

For all those who are not comfortable in making an online payment can use Cash-on-Delivery (COD) as one of the payment mode. COD payments are made at the time of physical delivery of the product at your doorstep.  You no need pay at the time of placing the order but as Package will deliver to your given location.

All COD orders are shipped after confirmation call or confirmation SMS. Customers not responding to confirmation calls / SMS will be informed via mail for the cancellation of the order due to not confirmation by Phone or SMS.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your final order summary.

What are the terms & conditions for making a purchase via Cash-on-Delivery?

• COD payment option is available only on selected area. If COD area is not covered by our Delivery partner please pay using Credit Card.
• COD Payments can be accepted only UAE Currency (AED).

If anyone ordering the product using COD method and after that simply rejected the parcel without any valid reason then our company may proceed for the legal action for the damage you have done for the man work, charges related to two way courier etc.,

Refund Process for Cash-on-Delivery payment

In case of Refunds for Orders with Cash on Delivery payment mode, since we receive payments from our logistics provider only on month end, refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of COD payment you have made to the Logistics Company.
